Big problems arise from the accumulation of small errors.
For your well-being, that error is moving through life with poor posture.
With a misaligned posture, the imbalances of tension create strain in muscles and connective tissues. With a collapsed structure, you take in less air — your most basic source of energy — with each breath. The immediate difference is subtle. But accumulated over years, this can lead to significant pain and energy decline.
With physical pain and a lack of energy, your mind cannot be at peace. This can be fixed by correcting the basic error — your posture. With less pain and more energy, you’ll be better prepared to realign your mind.
To build your posture, precision is key. Every little change in the angle of a bone changes the muscle fibers you affect. You get results by working smarter, not harder. It’s about using your breath and mind to feel deeper into the body and solving the puzzle of misalignments. Pushing harder in ineffective angles will not create the desired changes.
My specialty is providing precision hands-on adjustments to help you find effective angles to align the body, so you can get better results with less effort.
